They were nice enough with customer care. I got a haircut and a shave. The haircut was just okay and the barber needed additional direction a few times. The shave was awful. Sections of hair missed and soo many long stragglers. Barber seemed more interested in taking to those around us than actual attention to detail. Haircut had long missed hairs too. Also it took an hour and a half.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueFirst class Barbers was totally CLASSLESS today! I called to set up an appointment for my 2 year old grandson and it was supposedly scheduled for 1 pm. When we arrived nobody could find my name, phone number or appointment in the system. After I gave them the name of the Barber, the Barber says he has another one of His Friends for that time!!!! Do us all a favor and shed the First Class and settled for something more befitting…like No Class!!!First class Barbers was totally CLASSLESS today!
