My name is Amanda and I am the owner and operator of First Choice Massage and Bodyworks. I have been licensed and registered since 2012 and I love helping others feel better physically and spiritually. My services include: Deep tissue massage, swedish massage, prenatal, rain drop therapy, and the list goes on. Deep tissue Massage 60 min
Firm slow strokes to help release the deep muscle tension, release under lying issues, allow for focus on issues that need to be addressed with special movements and muscular work.		$80.00
Swedish Massage 60 min
Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.		$80.00
Hot Stone Massage 60 min
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendous		$90.00
Rain Drop Therapy 60 min
Combination and blending of several oils that help to boost your immune system as well as detox.		$90.00
CranioSacral Therapy 60
Craniosacral therapy uses gentle touch manipulation of your head, neck, and the bottom of your spine. Your neck, back, and hips will feel looser and freer.		$90.00
RainDrop Therapy 90 min
Combination and blending of several oils that help to boost your immune system as well as detox.		$120.00
