I have been getting deep tissue massages once a month from Shannon for about 3 years. These massages help loosen up tight muscles and have helped me have less stiffness and more flexibility as I age. It’s not a soft relaxing massage, but the benefits are worth it!!!!!

I have had many massages over many years, but I have never found a massage therapist who does a better job with deep tissue work than Shannon. I have a lot of issues with ropy muscles and trigger points, and I find that less intense massages are not helpful for me. Shannon has a great palpatory sense and unerringly finds and improves my painful areas.

I have been getting massages from Shannon for 16 plus years. It has always a great experience. They are wonderfully intense. I leave there feeling loose and refreshed. She can find the knots like no one I’ve ever been to before. I have a desk job and have lots of neck and back pain because of it. Each time I leave the soreness has much improved. I have not had a deep tissue massage but shout-out to Shannon! Shannon is very knowledgeable for what she does and takes care of you during your massage. She asks where your target points of pain on your body, and definitely knows how to work the knots out. You will feel sore after the massage but it is totally normal, because if you’re sore you know she really worked your muscles! I would definitely recommend her! 🙂

Run don’t walk from this scam artist! She rakes in money for Groupons and then makes you schedule on her crazy app which throws you out if you don’t type fast enough. Then found the door locked at my scheduled time. The business owner next door said she hadn’t seen her in 2 months. This was Oct 18. Called, no answer. Finally called and said to reschedule. Second appt Nov 8 at 4:25. Arrived with printout. Told she had another “regular scheduled” appt. Very nasty and rude. Does not return phone calls. Would not let this angry nasty person touch me with a ten foot pole. Reported her to BBB and Groupon. Groupon gave me a credit. DO NOT TRUST HER. This is a scam artist taking in over 600 groupons and then refusing booked appts. Needs to be reported for criminal charges. Lies consistently. Doubt if positive reviews can be real. Read further down for a review in which she inflicted injuries.

I’ve called and texted repeatedly to book an appointment and never heard from Shannon. She has very limited options on her website for Groupon customers and it only allows me to book an appt between July 2nd and 12th. Does anyone know how to reach her? It looks like I’m going to have to contact Groupon for a refund because Shannon apparently doesn’t want my business. I’m using Groupon to find a good massage therapist to see regularly but Fireside won’t be it.
