While I specialize in deep tissue and sports massage I strive to implement a variety of modalities in my practice, including Pregnancy Massage, Reiki, Passive and Active Stretching, Hot Stone Massage, Aromatherapy Massage through continued education to best customize each clients massage based on their needs and pressure preferences. I am committed to improving the quality of life and giving the much needed opportunity for relaxation, healing, and self care to all my clients.

60 Minute Deep Tissue Massage Deep tissue sports massage uses a variety of massage techniques designed to help your body feel freer and stronger. It is particularly great for those with active lifestyles.	$85.00
60 Minute Prenatal/Pregnancy Massage This massage is for the mommy-to-be in need of reduced back pain, headache relief and a better nights sleep. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits.	$75.00
60 Minute Hot Stone Massage Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply.
