I can not rave more about this place!! The workers are all so polite and friendly, always asking if I need anything! The first time I went to this salon was to get highlights in my hair (which I had never done anything my hair before other than getting it cut). Taylor EXCEEDED my expectations by far, she did an amazing job!! Now I will never let anyone else touch my hair other than her!

Oh. My. Gosh. If I could leave a billion stars, I would. Payton is SO amazing. My little sister and I had our eyebrows waxed (and mine tinted) and it was the best brow service I’ve ever had. Payton listened to all of my little sisters concerns and was so patient with her considering it was her first brow wax. She did a perfect job of shaping them to flatter my face and the tint is amazing Also the shop is super cute and super clean! 10/10 experience overall ❤️

Maybe other people’s experience has been different, but I literally went home and cried after my appointment. My haircut was so choppy and my highlights were so chunky I had to make another appointment at a different salon the next day in hopes they could fix my hair, but that wasn’t even the worst part. I also got an eyebrow wax and said that I liked my eyebrows thick and that they just needed to be shaped up, but they were waxed so thin and in such a weird shape it’s going to take months to years to get them back to normal. Every time I look in the mirror and see them, I just feel sick and can’t believe how awful my eyebrows look now.

You would think that being a professional stylist they would know that the self esteem of young children can be affected greatly by not feeling beautiful. Well apparently the stylist at this salon do not know how they can affect the self esteem of a child of color. Because this stylist treated my grand child who is 4 as if his self worth was nothing and chastised my grandchild and the texture of his hair and belittled him to his mother to the point I was called as they left the establishment in tears. If you don’t know how to cut or work with a child of color’s hair, then just admit that politely and not make the child feel less of a person. You are the reason kids grow up wishing they were valued. You made my daughter and my grandson feel not valued. And Shame on you! Hire stylists that know how to respectfully talk to parents and young children. Because this was not it!

Fantastic new experience. I got me new hair Extentions girl Emily and I’m extremely satisfied with her work. I have just relocated and was needing my hair extensions reapplied. I came to Fireflies through google and reviews. I left the salon feeling and looking great! I recommend anyone looking to get hair Extentions this is your Salon. This is a great salon!! It’s a good group of women, and Amber does amazing work!!! Each time I go, I think my hair looks the best it ever has, then the next time I go, Amber outdoes the last appointment! I’ve only ever worked with Amber for hair, but other women have done mine and my daughter’s waxing. They are growing and incorporating more services into the salon. Definitely try them out, you won’t be sorry!!
