I bought a gift card for a 100$ for a 60 min massage for my wife who’s going through a loss. I was trying to make her feel better. I called to schedule an appointment. The woman said that she doesn’t have availability until next year. The earliest that she could get to us is November 1 roughly. And that’s if there’s a cancellation. me and my wife are moving out of state next month so we won’t have an opportunity to use our gift card. So we asked for a refund we just bought the gift card four days ago. The woman was very rude refuse to give us our money back, even though there’s no way for us to utilize this card. She is the owner. the person answering the phone is the owner it’s a single person operated business. She’s very disrespectful. She doesn’t care that people only have a certain amount of money to treat their wives one time. None of that matter. She made some crazy rude comparison to Walmart. I just suggest that you don’t use this business especially don’t buy a gift card. It doesn’t say on the website that she has no availability . She will not give you your money back. She doesn’t care. She’s just trying to get people to buy gift cards on her website that she doesn’t have to honor.

The owner operator is so rude. Also she is booked out until December so don’t pay online for services. There is no “ NO AVAILABILITY “ notice on the website. Or a “ NOW BOOKING APPOINTMENTS FOR DECEMBER “ sign either . So she will accept your money then tell you she has no availability on the phone hahah what a scam. Then she refuses to give you a refund. She’s so rude! You should have NO AVAILABILITY on your website instead of stealing money from everyday hard working people who are just looking for relief. Especially since I was trying to support your small business as a business owner my self. I’ll definitely be spreading the word about this scam. Like you’re really doing that badly that you can’t refund 100$ ? Where’s the “ no refund” notice on your site? There isn’t one. That’s right terrible place. Terrible woman.

Kristina is by far the Best Custom Massage Therapist EVER!! Just after a couple of days of seeing her and having work done I am SHOULDER PAIN FREE!! Today is my 1st full day without shoulder pain and I have her to thank for it! I’ve maintained drinking only water just to properly flush and rehydrate which has help a lot, and I’ve kept up with the homework as she likes to put it lol, she told me to do to help my problem area post visit. As an OTR Truck Driver being able to drive pain free is a TREMENDOUS HELP, AND HUGE SIGH OF RELIEF!!

I booked an appointment at Fire and Ice Wellness because Kristina’s customer reviews are full of words like knowledgeable, informative, educational, and healer. I was looking for a therapist who could help with some old and new nagging injuries. I’ve seen her twice and both sessions have been great. She’s definitely an Anatomy and Physiology nerd. She knows the musculoskeletal system, and neural pathways very well. This allows her to diagnose complex issues sometimes involving referred pain. I highly recommend the 90 min Custom Bodywork session. Kristina diagnoses by surveying the body, then provides appropriate treatments. All while she is educating you on what she’s doing and why. This is not a massage where you just receive a good massage. This is an interactive experience where the more information you provide the more tailored your session will be. It’s unlike any bodywork session I’ve ever experienced. Kristina is not just mentally and physically gifted. She is also very personable and genuine.
