Started my appointment 30 minutes late even though I was there 5 minutes early. Minutes after leaving the salon, my toe nail polish was ruined because they rushed me out and told me it was dry when it wasn’t. Also the most painful pedicure I’ve ever experienced in my life. Almost as if she was trying to saw off the bones in my feet. 12 hours after, my nails were all cracking and chipping. Didn’t even make it to the birthday dinner. Second time trying the salon and second time being played. Won’t happen again.

Great job on manicures but not pedicures. customer service is very poor does not know how to talk to people politely especially the owners worker. But if you consider a good manicure they definitely the ones.

Critical: ProfessionalismUpon arrival I ask do they do tips,A tech said yes and ask Me to return in about 1 hour.I returned ,ask the price and was told one price which I felt was alot asked does that include gel polish. She stated yes,she did my nails and I went to pay and also tip but she said its a extra $10.
