I called for my appointment yesterday informing them that I have UV gel or also known as hard gel on my nails the owner then said to come in I had an appointment addndent in she looked at my nails and argued with me back-and-forth from beginning to middle to the end of the appointment that I had acrylic on my nails I work hard for my money as much as anyone else who walks into a nail salon or any place for that matter to get good service this I argue . Then there was another customer who came in and had stated that she needed an appointment to change the color of her toes she then goes to the owner who’s doing my nails to inform her that she needs to hurry up and get her nails done because she can’t come back for a different time the old the owner then proceeds to say that she will that somebody will get to her when they can Once I was finished I declined getting a pedicure cause originally I wanted to and the other lady waiting kept going around to another customer explaining that she needs her toe polish to be changed ,and that it shouldn’t take long Beyond upset with this place once I was done with my nails my nails were lumpy

Critical: ValueI came on a Monday afternoon and the service was very nice, it looked clean and everyone was friendly, When I got home my finger nails were burning – I assumed it was just the filing and I’m very sensitive. The skin around my nails started to peel off and my skin started to get cuts – I looked closely and the edges of the powder gel were cutting my skin- on Thursday one of my nail polish came off – I called her Friday morning and she told me to come to the store that she’ll fix it – she filled my nails – She blamed it of the sparkles that I got – saying that it was normal – she fixed the broken nail polish and she charged me for it. She coated my nails with a different product – it feels like I have glue on my nails. YOUR OWN FAULT, coming in for a fill in 3 1/2 WEEKS later for ACRYLIC, that’s ridiculous!! What did you expect? Your polish to stay perfect too? Waiting that long for a fill in allows for water to get trapped & allows mold to grow, shocker.
