First time here- So friendly, professional and welcoming. The person at the desk greeted and checked me in as soon as I walked it and shared the cute, seasonal promo with the Easter eggs. It was very nice to meet Naihla(Nila?) and hear about her journey to a career as a stylist. I’m a serial “just trim the ends” in and out customer. Joanne was patient with my indecisiveness and gave me enough suggestions that I trusted her advice. Walked out with one of the best cuts I’ve ever had. I will be back!

Prior to moving to PA I had only ever trusted one salon with my hair. The only time I had tried a different salon, the experience was awful and the haircut was worse. I was nervous about finding a new salon, but Joanne at Finlia was AMAZING. Finlia is a great salon that places customer service first. I consider my self to be a difficult client with regards to my hair style as well as color. I have had the opportunity to have Shawn cut my hair when Declan was not available. Shawn is very talented and creative in her styling. I continue to go to Declan because we gave a hair styling history; if you will. If at anytime I was not happy, we discussed and fixed. I highly recommend!
