Good haircuts, good employees – the cancellation policy is garbage, though. If you don’t call more than 3 hours in advance, they charge you the full price of the haircut.

Twice I had to wait near an extra hour after my appointment for a barber, one time because an employee forgot a key to open the building in the morning I never got a semblance of a refund, I dealt with it both times. But now that I had an emergency, and cancelled ahead of time, I was charged the full amount for a visit? Ridiculous. I always tip service industry people very well, and choose businesses to frequent based on the personal touch. This place failed that. I don’t care what the protocol is for other guests, I tip extra high just to avoid annoyances like that, so that I can be given wiggle room and good treatment. Finley’s doesn’t give either. They have a history of making me wait, being unapologetic about it, and caring more about $55 for a once cancelled haircut, than having a customer for life
