Critical: Professionalism, QualityI asked for a manicure they refused because they wanted to do a full set. When I said just a pedicure she kept asking why. The color pallet is limited. I had to ask them to massage my feet with my pedicure. She kept trying to push the callus remover which I also refused. I don’t need them or anyone else making small abrasions on my feet especially with a tool they do not sterilize. They were also offended because I brought my own kit. I do not know about anyone else but they did not pull out sterile equipment. This was my first and last time there. My nail polish also was cracking the next day. I had to ask them to massage my feet with my pedicure. She kept trying to push the callus remover which I also refused. I got my nails done 10/16/2021. New set. One broke this pass Friday and another is starting to crack and gel polish is chipping. $55 down the drain and now I have to spend more to get them fixed.

I’ve been going here for years and I really liked this place. But I recently didn’t like the polish I picked for my toes and she got mad when I wanted to change it. To the point that she was extra rough with my fingers. Now my nail beds are bleeding and sore. And every time I pick a new favorite color the next time I go in they tell me it’s messed up in the gel and unusable. So now I have to worry abt her hurting me AND I have to buy my own polish to bring with me? Yeah no thanks. I’ll find a new place.

I went there to get a pedicure with gel and they charged me 40$ Not including design but then charged my Neice 35 for a full set with gel . Then the did my 3 yr olds nails with gel polish and complained and treated her badly they actually said that they don’t want her back cause she don’t stay still. Well hello she’s a child. It was her first time ever and she was excited but I was angry and will never go back there again. They over charged me and were rude and ruined my daughters first experience with having her nails done. If u have kids I recommend don’t bring them and also make sure u get priced correctly. I have had had a pedicure with rose wax gel polish and designs for 35$ in middle river and had a way better experience if it wasn’t for the fact it’s close to my job I wouldn’t of went there at all. Also they charged my card before I could negotiate a price which is really rude

I would give a zero if I could. I went in for a fill in. First it was extremely hot and uncomfortable inside there. Then the lady had me sit in the chair and then gave me some cotton and remover to take off my own nail polish, which I’ve never done in the 20+ years I’ve been getting my nails done. She looked at my nails first and seen (plus i told her i had white tips). Apparently the nail polish remover was acetone, because it messed up my white tips, which looks horrible and she wanted to charge for fixing it. So then she started and i asked to make the acrylic a little thicker and she said she never heard of anyone doing that so she wont do it unless she removes these and does a new full set. Then when i said i wanted to switch from regular to gel, she said “I’ll make it thicker for you’. She took the nail filer under my nails, but then didnt clean it up, so then i came home and had to fix it. They arent very friendly and are only worried about money apparently. I will never go there again. It was awful and I’ve seen some really bad salons

Got a pedicure that was super rushed and a full set. Three hours later the polish messed up and the next day there were scratches all over another nail. Worst place in Dundalk for nail polish. They use the acrylic activator that is the cheap kind. The more purple the liquid better the acrylic will last. Will never go there again.

Don’t come here, first of all the person didn’t talk to me unless it was to move somewhere, and when i was drying my nails they made me wait one hour and nobody said anything to me that i was done. They did an okay job on my nails.

This place is horrible came in for a pedicure and what was done I could have done at home. While I was waiting for my feet to dry I watch the older guy that did my pedicure grab the same tools he used on me on someone else while mean he did the same to me. Which there was a zero star to give. Never again
