As a walk in I was accepted right away. They started on my nails immediately, so fast that I was unable to dive into all the pretty polish options on the wall. Not to mention a whole bunch of powders I think were more color choices. I was disappointed they mentioned nothing about the powders or my options. They did ask what I wanted, but being it was my 3rd time EVER to get my nails done at a salon I was hoping to have some sort of menu to view nail shapes and type of powder options (fiberglass, acrylic…)but mostly the colors. There was no display or mention of design options either which was honestly disappointing bc there are soooo many possibilities with nails. So with that being said, I was done and out the door in promptly an hour with a beautiful set of my pink claws! Price was decent too about $45.

It was going okay until they were looking away while using the nail filer and swiped my cuticle a few times, quite painful and bled a good amount, still is extremely sensitive to the touch on my big toe. The only good thing was the massage chair. The nail color is a bit streaky when looking up close, and can definitely notice the cuts on the cuticle still. Lets hope it won’t get infected! It was going okay until they were looking away while using the nail filer and swiped my cuticle a few times, quite painful and bled a good amount, still is extremely sensitive to the touch on my big toe. Ive been going here for some time now and this shop by far has the nicest staff. They are so caring and they listen to their customers. I recently noticed a change in decor and realized there is new management. This nail salon has gotten even better! The shop is clean and the interior design is just lovely. They have a wide selection of gel colors which is my weakness because i always have to get gel when i come in for my fill. I recommend giving this little gem a shot, i guarantee that after making a stop here, you’ll never go looking for another nail salon again.

I frequently get hang nails during the winter because my hands get really dry so I knew it was time to get a manicure. I was in the Folsom area doing some shopping and was referred to Fingertips Nail and Spa by a friend. Jenny was so friendly and easy to talk to. She help bring my nails back to life by giving me an amazing manicure followed by a hot towel hand rub. Awesome place with reasonable prices. I would highly recommend!

Poor selection of colors. No holographic glitters or powder glitters. These are the nail trends today so they should make more of an effort to keep up with them. I question their sanitation as well. Their cubtical trimming tool just came out of a drawer instead of a sanitary packet. I told them not to trim my cuticles and just put on the one gel color. Their UV machine had left over polish stuck in the inside. Would not recommend and will not go back.
