I went with 2 other women to get manicures and/or pedicures. The prices were not posted and I had a dip French manicure. The employee did not seem to know what she was doing, spending nearly 2 hours to get my nails “acceptable”. When I got to the register, I was FLOORED when she said $80! For one mediocre dip manicure. 100% would not recommend!

My two teen girls made appointments for mani&pedis yesterday and when they were finished my daughter said please add a 10% tip to the bill. The woman said “no 20%” and while my daughter and her friend said again, “10% percent please” she said no 20% and added the 20 percent gratuity onto my card. Not to mention no prices were posted and it was a $200 mani/pedi for two teens. So with the $40 tip on top I’d say we won’t be going back. My daughters toes also smeared on her way home as they make the girl exit with wet toes… I think this salon sees mill valley teens with a credit card and just makes up pricing as they fee fit. Hmmmm… I’d say choose elsewhere…

I have told myself the last 5 times Ive been here that it would be my last time. However, this Saturday I had the worst experience Ive ever had at any nail salon. Not only do they not listen to you, they cut your nails so short it hurts, they are not hospitable and are in general very rude and rush you. I went with my sister, we had a gift card for mani pedi, and were going to buy an additional mani pedi, adding gel to the manis. They charged us 100 dollars… on top of the gift card and then they refused to give the proper change back. So basically this place stole almost 50 bucks from us and refused to give our money back (as we paid with a 100$ bill). They were extremely rude. The actual mani pedi was soso.. but they NEVER gives any form of massage. She actually forgot to give me lotion on my hand, and when I asked for lotion she just squirted it into my hand and then watched me struggle to smear it in with one hand as my other was under the light… WORST PLACE EVER. Legit stole from me.. I wish you could put negative stars..

By far the worst pedicure I’ve EVER had. I left the salon with one toe nail only half painted. And don’t think I didn’t wait to see if my pedicure tech was going to come back and turn off the fan/ help me put on flipflops. But nothing. I also had to wait almost 30 minutes before even being touched. Got home to find my feet had hardly been scrubbed at all. Only the heel really. Had to go to cvs and buy a block to do it myself. Defiantly not worth the price. AT ALL. I can easily get a $20 pedi with a better outcome. Would give 0 stars if I could

My 17yo daughter went here with her friend and they double charged her. I called my bank to complain and file a change we lost the claim because my daughter didn’t have the receipt. We lost $50 to this place. Buyer beware. Hold on to your receipts!
