I never leave reviews like this, even when I am not that happy with a service, but this place is just awful that I cant help it. They have bad customer service, it’s expensive and the manicurist didn’t do a good job with my nails. I asked for long dip powder nails, with coffin shape and a natural color with black tips. The design I wanted wasn’t that complicated but she made look like if it was the most complicated design ever. She was very impatient and she seem to struggle a lot while painting my nails as she re painted them over and over again. I was very uncomfortable and decided not to say anything anymore as I have asked her twice to fix two nails that looked uneven. After I notice how frustrated she was I just let it go and accepted whatever it was that she was doing on my nails. I wouldn’t recommend this place and I will not be coming back! I understand we all can have bad days, but people do go do their nails to look and feel their best. No body wants to have a bad experience when all we hope for is to enjoy that moment for ourselves.

Worst pedicure I have ever gotten and I have had a few. I am new to the area and was hopeful if I am a new customer, the treatment will be equivalent to the pricing and gain my loyalty. They rush, no attention to detail, did the bare minimum, they talk about you (I called it out as they were doing it) – they don’t take the time to do a good job. My nail shaping was rigid, I fixed it right when I was there. I actually had to ask her to cut the cuticles that were sticking straight up from my nails. Waste of money. 2 stars because the nail took a few extra minutes to help with the nail color.

There is so many things that is wrong with this place. The quality of work is poor, horrible attitude non existing customer service. Women that work there are very rude and they don’t afraid to show that. The only way they get customers is because there is no healthy competition. All nail salons in Marin are like that, and we still need to get our nails done. So we bring our money there hoping this time will be better.

Bad experience been here .. employees are rude and sloppy.. my wife wanted to have a nice finger and toes nails for Christmas I requested to have the same color for nails and toes for my wife so they didn’t made that, they use different tone for toes when I was trying to explain that they get mad and hardly , we feel like we was in a hen house.. they did a hurting job they made her bleed , Also they left a lot of little bubbles in the paint The price we paid was too high they charged me for remove and try to match the original color I didn’t want to have a problems and I Paid that. we never going to back again .. hope this experience help

Annie was great. So was the other woman that did my pedi but I forgot to get her name. My 2nd time there and while they’re expensive, I’ll continue to go back because of the people there. They’re very nice. The only thing I would change is that they don’t have massage chairs.

I have always had a pleasant experience going to Fingers & Toes in San Rafael. I found a great technician and always call in advance to make an appointment. Sorry, can’t give her name away….but I’m greeted and seated fairly quickly. The place is nicely designed and a steady flow of customers. Parking is fairly easy. Prices are fairly standard.

This salon is slightly more expensive than traditional nail salons, however, the cleanliness and great job they do makes it worth the extra $. The ladies who work there are always friendly and remember me even if it has been months since my last visit. It can get very busy so I recommend an appointment. They accept cards however it is more convenient for them if you can tip in cash. I will say that there are a couple of younger women who aren’t as experienced, but overall everyone is kind and does a great job!
