Walked in as the sign outside says “walk in welcome”… was turned away as there were only two techs working and was told to call about a week or more in advance. I called the number on their business card 3 days in a row. The number goes through to a weird voicemail stating I called a different number. As well as just rings and rings with no voicemail set up. Myself being someone that religiously gets my nails done ($135/biweekly) and was looking for a new salon closer to home am very disappointed that I was unable to even get an appointment. Definitely missed out on a potentially loyal customer.

This is a really great and professional spa. I had a facial done here, and the woman who does them was friendly and very knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to my concerns and issues, and recommended a procedure in accordance with my needs. My skin is looking a lot better after the treatment and this was after just one facial, the results have been wonderful! I also had my nails done, just a basic manicure but the woman who done it was also friendly and helpful and did an amazing job. A week later and the polish is still perfect! Would highly recommend them!
