I had an amazing experience here. I went in and showed them a picture of what I wanted and if it was possible to achieve since I bite my nails, and they reassured me that it’ll be fine. They came out gorgeous. I’ve never been happier with a salon experience. I talked with my nail technician and told her I just moved in the area, and she gave me so many restaurant suggestions and was super nice and helpful. Nicole is her name, and I definitely recommend making an appointment with her. She’s phenomenal. I can’t stop looking at my nails

I had an incredible experience at this salon. I have not had my nails done in over 8 years. I’m not very stylish, nor creative. I was very anxious going into the salon because I really was unsure of what I wanted, and had no idea how to ask for what I had in mind. I walked in and signed in. I sat down for less than 30 seconds before I was greeted and asked what I was wanting. They brought me back and the artist was able to interpret what it is I was looking for, and with her expertise, she put together a beautiful set of acrylics. She took her time, made sure to ask me how I felt about it during the process. She was attentive to detail, and set my anxiety at ease. Observations of the staff interacting with the customers revealed a sense of community. The actual salon itself was beautiful and clean. I will most definitely be coming back!

I’ve been searching for a good nail salon since I moved here to Columbus OH. in 2017. Now I no longer have to wait until I travel back home to Philadelphia to get exactly what I want. Finger Nails Salon does excellent work! I’m very impressed. The Salon is very clean, welcoming, and relaxing. I had a beautiful full set and pedi done by Nicole. I also bought a deluxe spa pedicure gift certificate for my husband as an anniversary gift, and he absolutely loved every minute of it. Thanks y’all! I look forward to booking again.

I can be very picky and a pain about my shape and she always does them perfectly. She takes her time, skilled in nail design and just fun! I never leave feeling unhappy about my nails. She’s very personable and great to talk with while she does your nails. When she’s unavailable my backups are Susie & Rainen for manicures and Teresa for pedicures but only when my favorite isn’t available. The salon itself has a great atmosphere and if you’re a regular the employees care about how you’re doing, whenever I go in I’m asked about my pregnancy. It’s a very relaxed environment. Tommy and Shaun are hilarious. I get pretty basic nails but here’s a gel balance Jackie just did for me. PS sorry if I spelled all your names wrongI’d also like to add that I have gotten my nails done for 7 years at various salons in OH & in a few different states before moving to Hilliard and their prices are pretty standard, I never feel like I’m paying too much. She takes her time, skilled in nail design and just fun! I never leave feeling unhappy about my nails. She’s very personable and great to talk with while she does your nails. I have found the nail tech love of my life!! I’m a truck driver and parked at the Walmart for the night and stumbled upon this place the following morning, and let me just say it was the best salon experience ever. Everyone was so friendly, funny and genuine. This energy I found here is unmatched. The only negative is I can’t be here as regularly as I’d like. If in the area passing through or a local resident go see Nicole immediately

I’m not the type to complain. I have been going to this nail shop for a long time but after the horrible service I got on Saturday from Tommy I will never come back. That’s the sloppy nails he did , my pinky nails ripped off 2 days after & my nail polish on my feet came off two days later. Before this appointment at my last appointment HE told me I had points for a free pedicure. Mind after when I went to my appointment on Saturday he went back and fourth with me how he didn’t have time to do my pedi , complained the whole time then did my pedi but said he didn’t have time to do gel. My pedi was putting my feet in water and painting them SMH. And I had a APPOINTMENT! He also didn’t use no top-code on my feet. Over all very disappointed. It’s important if your having a bad day to NOT carry it to work. This nails shop is in Hilliard I drive 30 mins every 2 weeks. I am a very faithful client. I started off with Nicole ; then Jackie was doing my nails before she left then I had Tommy. I would not tell anybody anything good about this nail shop.

It was worth the 34 mins drive in the heavy rain! Everyone was friendly ! I really like the way Tomi did my nails ! He is very personable and I’m happy with the results. I also got a pedi which was nice as well! I can’t remember the gentleman that did it but he did good as well!
