I have been going to Finger Nail Salon in Westport for 7 years now, with no intention of ever stopping. The staff is always friendly, professional, and you definitely get value for what they charge. As another reviewer mentioned – there is always a 10 minute massage as you are drying, and those masseuses are incredibly good. The place is always spic and span, the utensils are very clean (you get your own box, if you prefer), and I have never seen any customer leave without a smile on their face. Terrible customer service experience. I walked in and asked just for removal of my acrylic nails and was told they couldn’t do it. After exchanging words amongst each other (I couldn’t understand) they agreed to remove 9 acrylic nails for $35. I asked her what would my nails be soaked or drilled and she replied drilled. This of course is the unhealthy way to remove nails and would think by charging $35 to remove the nails it would be done in the best way possible. I told them I would go somewhere else which I’m sure they were happy about. I decided to leave not because of the price but because of the service. I am fully aware they did not want to take me and decided to raise the price of the removal of the nails to steer me away. This is not the first time this has happened and I will not be returning .
