Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI went in yesterday on Wednesday around 5:45-5:50 and wasn’t helped until a little after 6:30. (This is not what my concern was because I understand I was a walk in, just glad they were able to help me). I was the last one there and I saw about 4 of their employees walk into the restroom and within seconds walk out just after the toilet was flushed, which is where my concern is. Everyone is touching our hands and for them to walk out within seconds after the restroom is showing that they do not wash their hands. To not wash your hands after using the restroom is already a red flag, but especially during our pandemic is even more concerning. Also charging $70 FYI!Update: went to a nail tech and this location uses MMA!!! If you do not know what MMA is please look it up. (This is not what my concern was because I understand I was a walk in, just glad they were able to help me). Initial nails were sloppy and not at all what I asked for, the nail technician rushed through my nails because she had a prior appointment she forgot about.
