I will never go back. this showed up within 24 hours. It’s the most painful thing I’ve had to go through in a LONG time. I cannot write, I can hardly type. I don’t think it’s ingrown, I have never had an issue or an ingrown nail. This is almost a hard bubble and I cannot touch it or dig through it or cut it it hurts incredibly bad and has been throbbing for days now.

They were super nice but, the tech didn’t know how to do ombre nails. Also not sure if they had gel polish as they painted my nails with regular finger nail polish. I typically don’t like to use that as it doesn’t last and chips. Prices were good though.

So I walk in at 6:45pm get told I have to wait. The lady gets done with her client at 7pm leaves then comes back at 7:15pm. Comes up to me and tells me oh your nails are too long. She says I’m picky because I needed a nail taken off and redone. She had me wait 30 mins just to tell me they don’t do long nails. (Aren’t you a nail salon? ) Mind you I could’ve went elsewhere if this was known at 6:45 pm when I originally walked in. Horrible customer service will never come back. I live across the street so I figured let me give them a shot, uh no I’ll go to my regular nail salon that is truly the best nail salon in plant city.

Decided to give them another chance after not having the best experience last time. Got out and walked through the rain just to be told they couldn’t help me because they were short staffed. Didn’t even get all the way through the door before I was turned away. Disappointing.
