I went up there for my homecoming nails, she wanted to argue with me about the color I picked after I told her twice I didn’t want that she still proceeded to put the one she picked! After that she left Polish and power up under my nails and around them. She didn’t even clean up around them… very disappointed especially because they were for homecoming! They definitely lost a customer. 🙁

I’m reading a lot of reviews that the staff is nice and go above and beyond for the little town they call home. All these things are true, but they aren’t the cleanest place to get your nails done. My tech reused her gloves on multiple clients. As a healthcare professional, this is a major “no no” and often the first defense against infectious disease. You can hardly call their techniques “clean” as I also work with procedures that require sterility. Save yourself the trouble and find a clean salon. No one wants nail fungus.

I’ve noticed the customers who come in and spend more money, they are more friendly too. It’s very obvious. I visited Lovely nails across the street this week and those ladies are awesome. My parents and I are vacationing in Helen, GA this week and we went to this nail salon yesterday October 13, 2020. My dad and I got pedicures and I was not impressed with the tech that did mine. She did not speak or understand any English so trying to get her to understand that I did not want her to use the callous shaver on my feet because I have had experience with those. Nobody else that worked there would help me either so she went on and used and cut the bottom of my foot just like I was scared she would do. Getting my pedicure was not relaxing at all like it should have been. My dad did enjoy his pedicure though cause he said his tech was great. My mom and I got full sets of acrylic nails and the same girl that done my toes done my nails.even though I asked for someone else. UGH!! It took me forever to get her to understand how short I wanted my nails. My mom said her experience was fine though. I guess it just wasn’t my day there even though I personally felt like all the techs there were rude. Also just FYI they ONLY take CASH!!!! No cards or checks at all!!! Hope this helps anyone else that may think of going there.

They are amazing and have reasonable prices. I went with my 2 daughters and we all had our nails done. They were very sweet, gentle, and we weren’t rushed at all. Tina took her time along with another woman and our nails look absolutely amazing! Thank you so much for the best experience, we will most definitely be back!
