I went to her today and honestly I understand why she had an open appointment last minute. Kids running around screaming. Changing diapers on places people sit. Eating and helping a kid pull out a loose tooth. No sanitizing of anything. Didn’t ask me anything other then the color I wanted. Gave me braids WAY too long. I told her multiple times when we started I don’t want long locks. I won’t be going back .Very unprofessional and dirty.i will be taking them out. Waste of my time and money sadly.

There is a sign on the door saying they are closed but to call the shop number as they are on break. I called that number 15 times, left a voicemail, texted twice and even tried to FaceTime.
