Critical: QualityI scheduled an appointment for a brown Tint and lash lift/tint. Upon arrival, I had a feeling the girl was either not experienced or not very good (sorry to say), though she was nice. I’ve had brow tints before at the brow place in the mall and I’ve done some from home as well. Upon getting to my car after the appt, I looked at my brows and they looked horrible. There was dye all over and around them. I thought oh well, she told me it would wash off of my skin. My brows were tingling, which turned to a burning sensation the following day. I left for vacation in Florida and while traveling my brows and eyes began to swell and leak liquid. It was extremely painful and I had to go to an urgent clinic in Florida. I spend my entire vacation with sunglasses on and gauze pads in my purse due to the peeling and drainage. The company only refunded $40 out of my over $100 service. They did cover my medical bills, but for ruining my vacation, they could have refunded my entire service. I sent pics to an employee and she did apologize and was friendly. I’m not sure what products they use but they should maybe provide a patch test as they seem to use harsh products. I scheduled an appointment for a brown Tint and lash lift/tint. Upon arrival, I had a feeling the girl was either not experienced or not very good (sorry to say), though she was nice.
