I moved to PS about month and a half ago looking for my new nail salon. Needless to say I found it. The place is so relaxing. I got a pedicure and (should’ve got his name) the man was super gentle. Foot massage was great, I’ve never tipped more than 5 b/c the service I usually got was ok but this time I gave him 15. I’ll definitely be going back. Thank you!

Worst experience every time. Im so upset. I go in asking for a pedicure & To have my acrylics removed, they agree to the services, they end up doing the pedicure and then ask me if I can come back the next day for the other because now they have more clients coming in. I’m confused – Am i not a client asking and paying for a service too??? Stupid me for going back because this is not the 1st time they’ve done this exact thing to me.

The pedicure was lovely, the only feedback I have is on the hot stone portion of the pedicure massage. During my experience, the hot stones were luke warm and they were only utilized for under a minute. I selected this location because hot stones were a part of the package. Compared to other locations, the hot stones at this location were not an added bonus as advertised.

I have been going to Finesse for over 2 years now and I am a forever client. I have been to several nail salons in this desert and NONE are as clean and accommodating as Finesse. Yes, you pay a little more but you absolutely get what you pay for and more! It is a very clean and relaxing environment. They don’t complain about doing designs. Nor are they rude. I love when they have the fish screens on the tv screen while the sounds of soft running water play in the back ground. A perfect time out while getting a extra foot massage and pedicure! Lori the owner is amazing and runs a tight ship! I don’t mind paying more for great service! She has an awesome team. My one suggestion to potential customers is if you want extra designs and services, be considerate and book accordingly! Don’t be rude and entitled! They work very hard and their time is just as valuable as yours. If your looking for a good Salon with quality service and a relaxing environment than this is it! Tell them Michelle sent you! 🙂

Amazing and friendly, very professional. Everything was also very clean. Try the upgrade with the hot parafin wax and massage, it was so relaxing. My nail polish had a perfect finish too. They also listen to your preferences regarding how much/little nail filing and how you want the color to turn out. Highly recommend! Foot massages, Pedicure, Manicure

I am aghast at what happened today at this shop! I had pedicures here since they opened. Last month I made an appointment for today at 4 so that it was set in advance before a trip out of town. When i arrived I was told that he had called me to tell me he could not do the pedicure as other appointments were scheduled but if I waited 30 minutes someone else could do it. I asked how he had other appointments since I made the appointment in advance. He had no clear response. I do not understand how they took an appointment a month ago and now would not honor it. Needless to say, I will not be back. Even if he had called, the fact is that he was not planning to honor an appointment made a month ago and left me scrambling at 4 on a Saturday when I am leaving on a trip tomorrow. This is bad business practice especially for someone who has been a loyal client.
