Positive: ProfessionalismI was looking for a barber closer to my work and came across FineLinez. I’ve had the privilege of getting my hair done by Kristina who is absolutely amazing. I’ve never had someone care so much about my hair and how well it’s cut then the way she treats each haircut I’ve had with her. She does an amazing job, does my eyebrows, and my beard and always provides exceptional service and truly puts all the time and effort into it. I was looking for a barber closer to my work and came across FineLinez. I’ve had the privilege of getting my hair done by Kristina who is absolutely amazing. I’ve never had someone care so much about my hair and how well it’s cut then the way she treats each haircut I’ve had with her. She does an amazing job, does my eyebrows, and my beard and always provides exceptional service and truly puts all the time and effort into it. I would highly recommend her and Finelinez!

Critical: ProfessionalismWalked in Wednesday January 5th and no one was there. I saw a person sleeping in the last chair by the television. He was wearing a camo type colored hoodie. So I asked if anyone was working. There was no response from the employee so I said okay I guess no one is working here and l walked out. This is no way to run a business especially with the economic situation small businesses are dealing with now. I went down the road and got a haircut at another shop I found. I will not be returning to to Finelinez ever and cannot recommend your establishment to anyone.Okay I read the owners response below and don’t understand how you can defend an employee sleeping and criticize my response to bad customer service. Every business is working short staffed including my job, but we’re not sleeping and ignoring our customers. Walked in Wednesday January 5th and no one was there. I saw a person sleeping in the last chair by the television. He was wearing a camo type colored hoodie. So I asked if anyone was working. Positive: Quality, ValueIt’s great to relax and enjoy a haircut for once knowing that you are in the skilled care of an amazing barber. I’ve been here twice and Ms. X has not disappointed making you feel relaxed and enjoy the cut. Highly recommended definitely appreciated.
