The technician who did my nails was very attentive and kind. I got a manicure with nail polish. My only gripe was that when my nails were done getting painted, I was not directed to sit in front of a dryer. I was surprised by this because my past experience from other nail shops would have me sit down at a contraption that blows air on my nails. That being said, as soon as I was done, and was getting ready to pay, the polish was not dry, so of course it lifted. When I brought it to the receptionist attention, she did not seem to care. Day two, and my nails are a lifted mess. Waste of 15 bucks, should have been 10, especially if they don’t have customers sit under a dryer.

today i went to go and get my nails done and normally when i go i have an amazing experience. but today i was seated upstairs at the corner desk all the way on the back room. i believe her name was patty. first, i asked for a design and i was told flat out no she couldn’t do that. when she was applying the acrylic it was dripping all over the place and it was clumpy. my nails look nothing like how i wanted to.

I normally go to the Fine Touch in Nutley! There was no availability especially with my specific nail stylist. All my nails are really my nails. The nail tech upstairs in the Bellville location the first table as soon as you walk up stairs is Cat or Catalina or Cathy I’m not 100% sure but she was rushing because she wanted to eat. First of all if you know you have an appointment and have not ate you empanadas ask me if it is OK to eat all it takes is 10 mins to eat some empanadas! Don’t rush my nails and do not jel paint my nails correctly and let them dry the way they are supposed to so that the issue i have going on right now where my nails are all chipped from not letting me let them dry correctly under the UV LIGHT.as soon as I’m driving back home 10 mins into the drive I realize she did not paint my thumb nail COMPLETELY MISSED LEFT SIDE CORNER OF my right thumb left .. MY NAIL does not have jel nail polish on it IN THE SIDE CORNER. My real nail broke in the corner BECAUSE she did not paint IT COMPLETELY. The nail polish didn’t even last a week and its lifting and chipping in all the corners of my nails and my cuticles look horrendous! NOT EVEN A WEEK! NEVER AGAIN WILL I WASTE MY MONEY OR TIP IN THAT SALON EVERRRRRRRR AGAIN. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME GOING TO FINE TOUCH NAIL SALON IN BELLEVILLE. THEY SUCK AND RUSH ON YOUR NAILS THEREFORE I WILL NEVER GO NOR RECOMMEND ANYONE! I WILL BE THE ONE TO LET EVERYONE KNOW THAT THEY ARE HORRIBLE AT NAIL ART.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityMy daughter and I have been going to Fine Touch for a little over a year now and we love it. Our girls (Carmen and Tara) is so nice and friendly to us which makes us very comfortable during the nail sessions. The best part is when it comes to designs there’s no issues whatsoever they do it all or even better!

I give one star because zero stars is not an option .My experience today was HORRIBLE. The front desk receptionist named Priscila IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL she double books clients and argues with you rather than admit she is wrong . Other than that front desk employee with horrible customer service . The owner and nail techs are very nice and do AMAZING NAILS. I’m happy with my nails every single time .

Tracy the owner is most distracted owner/nail technician you’ll ever meet. She will rush you out of there and give you a lazy design with no passion in it. It’s messy, sloppy and pure disappointment. Betty is phenomenal. I get dip powder nails with gel polish done by her. I’m very loyal to my techs when I’m happy with them. So far she’s done by nails twice and his not disappointed with thickness, shape or painting. I’m very happy with her!

I found them online and they do a great full set acrylic or gel. Beautiful designs and shapes which is very hard to find. The only service that I am not crazy about is the pedicure. Only because I enjoy a more relaxed environment for my pedicures. The girls are all very nice and work quickly. Which is great for their business.

She was super sweet and took her time and did an amazing job. We worked off of a pic for reference and she did great. Very happy with my nails. Place was clean, busy and welcoming. I only took one star off because the owner is illegally charging fees for debit card use which I politely informed her when I went to pay for my services.
