I walked in around 10 am and left around 2 pm for a simple full set. I understand my previous nails needed to soak off but they assisted and finished about 7 other women full sets and fill in before even starting me. They took forever and kept saying to soak my hands. For three hours. They could have filled them down after one hour but made me wait and saying just “soak” while they took care of all the other ladies to make sure they weren’t waiting but made me wait the longest. The man got annoyed when I said my nails don’t look like the picture I showed him. I ended up missing my 2:30 appointment because of this place. Urgency is not on the agenda. They also left mt hands with the residue on it like in the picture. Nails ok. Most likely won’t be coming back.

SAVE YOUR MONEY & TIME! i never get tips added to my nails, i always do overlay/acrylic powder. anytime i go for a fill other places are always able to give me a new color without taking over the complete “nail”. here at fine nails the guy kept telling me no you have to get the nail taken off or do gel. and i knew i didn’t want to do gel because i had them do gel before and my nails chipped within a few days of having them done. i didn’t have time to get my nails soaked off, so i just got the gel and not even 3 days later my nails were chipping! i will not be going back and they need to learn the value of customer service and quality work!

I have been going to this nail salon for about 3 years now. The service is always efficient and I always leave satisfied. The owner and her family makes it a priority to fulfill all my nail needs and try their best at getting services done promptly. Even with their busy schedules they make sure I love my service before leaving the shop. I can honestly say, I have never experienced a bad time while visiting this nail shop. Also, prices are very reasonable for the quality and services you get.

I decided this is an establishment I will no longer patronize . First and foremost Nu and his girlfriend/baby mom are extremely rude. I do not like their lack of kindness along with professionalism. I came in there and was trying to find a color I wanted, Nue ( the guy) was very rushy and told to get a pedicure because I was trying to decide what color I wanted . I was not even taking 2 minutes! and I could feel the frustration . He was extremely rude which I didn’t appreciate. His excuse was that he had someone else waiting. Therefore he did not value my service and was rushing me so that he could get to someone else . Also upon trying to have him do my nails, his girlfriend jumped into our conversation and said I needed to get powder instead of gel in order for my nails to look right . That would have not been a problem for me but the problem was that he had already shaped my nails . So you mean to tell me that gel will not look right after you have already shaped my nails? She stated she told me before my nails were actually done. Upon me trying to explain to him how I wanted to get my nails , his demeanor just demonstrated absolute agitation. So I expressed how I did not appreciate his rudeness from his rude remarks to his behavior and he said “ so what do you want to do?!” And I said I’ll tell you what you can do, you can chop them all off and I will not get a full set anymore. I was so upset and told them that I would never come there again! Oh yea and I saw this young couple checking out and the lady asked them was their dollar bill real? The young girl looked extremely confused and said how someone warned her about how rude they were but she decided to give them a chance anyways. I told the girl now you see what I’m talking about . 0/10 recommended!

The worst pedicure experience I have ever had. They tried to overcharge both a random lady and I in the shop. They tried to overprice me by $10 and overprice her by $20 or services that neither of us had. The male nail tech also cut my toes twice and was very rude about everything. The pedicure overall was piss poor and if I could give a zero I would. I won’t be going back and if you have any respect for yourself do not go.

Their customer service sucks! The brow lady was on her phone acting like she didn’t want to acknowledge me when I walked it. I signed in and tried to look at the board to see the pricing of everything because I thought I might want my toes done too & she kept rushing me to sit in the back for my brows. Then, rudely told me the pricing of the brow wax, and asked if I still I wanted it or not. 10/10 do NOT recommend. Save yourself the time and money!

I always get gel nails and pay $100+ for simple regular short nails to just have them chipping away so quickly. I tried this shop about 4 times before I actually wrote this review and each time my nails chipped fast and I’m a very careful person with my nails I don’t do much. I’d go back to the shop the next morning to get it corrected, then couple hours later they chipping and peeling again. I think it may be the quality of polish they are using. I tried this shop about 4 times before I actually wrote this review and each time my nails chipped fast and I’m a very careful person with my nails I don’t do much. I’d go back to the shop the next morning to get it corrected, then couple hours later they chipping and peeling again. I think it may be the quality of polish they are using. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueIf you are thinking about coming here..please go elsewhere…They are very money hungry and the lady that does the pedicures is horrible and need to retire. My feet still look the same as when I walked in…only courtesy she did was cutting them down and that wasn’t great either. Instead of Vicki offering to fix or half price she got an attitude because I said to her I been a customer for 10 years and has never had a complaint about my feet not properly done..in the mist I received an important call (being induced) I asked Vicki to give me a sec…once my call was over (1 min) she had a very nasty attitude which was very shocking because I never encountered this side of her.
