If I could give ZERO stars, I would absolutely do so. This is my first time at the Fine Nails salon and I came in right after work for a manicure and pedicure. The staff was completely unprofessional. The staff LOCKED me in the nail shop after I pointed out the pointed out (twice) that the color of the SNS was incorrect and asked them to make a correction to their obvious mistake (see attached). This resulted in me having to call the police on the staff. Would not recommend, terrible service, attitude, and unwilling to pander resolutions to ensure the satisfaction of their customer.

By far the worst nail salon I have EVER been too. The customer services was horrible/ The pedicure wasn’t even completed to customer service satisfaction. I was not offered a discount , they still wanted me to pay full price. They are lucky I didn’t just walk out. I DO NOT recommend this place at all. A horrible way to start off the year . NO TO THIS NAIL SALON ALL 2023!!!!

This place is always clean. They were able to accommodate me and my mother right away. My only concern was that he didn’t put my hands under the solar to completely dry my nails. I got the SNS for my nails and a gel polish pedicure.

They performed no service as the rude attitude as soon as I walked in made me turn around. If I am going to be spending my money in your business I would like it to at least be enjoyable!

The GEL polish is poor quality. I had my nails painted yesterday and they are chipping off. They charge double for gel on acrylic, they do t paint the whole nail and it cracks within a day or 2. Not worth the money.

Critical: Punctuality, ValueMy sister and I went in at about 5:45pm and it is now 7:15pm and I still have not been serviced! There are four techs in the salon (I have been to plenty of nail salon/spas where I have been in and out with 3-4 techs, and the work has been beautiful) and I have never seen anyone move so slow with a room full of people waiting in my life! One lady was on the phone having a personal conversation like there weren’t 4-5 customers waiting for service. My sister and I will not be going back to this salon/spa again! I have mixed reviews. I have had S and N nails many times..this was my first time going to this salon. It I was not crowded and I had been to 3 others looking for a place where I could be seen quickly. I love the fact that I did not have to sit and have my nails soak in the acetone solution. These chemicals are dangerous. I was served by the Male owner. My initial experience was good. However, within a week 3 nails broke. I was not happy as I spent $55 dollars and and tipped $10. But I was still willing to give them a chance to fix the issue. There are a lot of nice people who work there. I paid a total of $65 dollars for nails and pedicure and was still not excited about having to return. I customarily tip. Who has time in our busy world to return to a shop for this? It took me until day 8 to return. I did. He did replace them, but was not concerned to learn that perhaps his thin application is why they broke. He quickly fixed them and had a bit of an attitude, as I could read his energy. I had already decided I was not going to return as I don’t feel he adequately accepted responsibility and was willing to learn from his shortcomings so as not to repeat the same mistake with other clients. I have NEVER had S &N nails to break. My nails also did not look filed in the same shape as the others. As well, he gave me his back when I left thanking him. He never looked up. Customer service is a process from start to finish that leaves the client feeling well, invested in their service and happy with how they spent their money for this reason I will not return and will not recommend his service. The true test of customer service is when difficulties arise. I understand now why his shops have so many empty chairs. As well I should have followed my intuition from the beginning as I watched him make them too thin and not filed evenly across all 10 nails. He also did not apply the various bonders, gels, and sealers as I have seen other nail reps do.
