I also, did not like the service there. One time I had an appointment scheduled and the place wasn’t open yet at the time she agreed on my appointment. I waited over 15 minutes and left. When I called and finally got someone, she insisted she was there at the time of my appointment and kept repeating over and over that she was there when I was knocking and looking into the dark unlit business for 15 minutes. I was so disgusted but had to use up my gift card. I returned one more time and also did not like the way they skimp on pedicures by putting a light coat of polish on; hurting you so that you’re sore afterwards and not so friendly either. I took my kit after she was done and would never return there. There are so many other places that you can enjoy and get a really nice pedicure and be surrounded by people that speak English.

I went there yesterday at 4:30pm to get my eyebrows waxed. The door says they close at 7pm so when I walked in the girl told me she was closing. She told me to come back the following day. So I went back today and she was the only one working. She was with another customer and asked if I could come back in 15 minutes. I said that was fine. Then she continued to give me attitude saying how she can’t just leave her client to attend to me. I told her AGAIN I was perfectly fine with waiting until she was finished and she felt the need to CONTINUE going on about how she can’t just stop what she’s doing and attend to me so I just walked out and left. That is absolutely no way to run a business or treat a customer, especially when I was completely understanding of the situation and was willing to wait. I won’t be going back there again.

I needed to edit my rating. The first time I went, I sat with Santina because Helen was away. (Helen is the owner). I went back because my nails lasted a little longer than the 3 weeks for a gel manicure. (I usually only get about 2 weeks). This month I sat with Helen.. they looked wonderful when I had them done. –see below) She didn’t use clippers, file, or pick at the cuticles. I had gel polish still on, and she only used the dremel to take it off (which burned my nail beds), and to trim my nails. Usually is soaked off. But just 3 days later, they started chipping and peeling & breaking. Very disappointed. Although it’s $25 for a gel manicure-ill go elsewhere.

Girl this time was very rude because I didn’t have a business card they gave me a year ago. Said I needed my code number to get my personal supply box. Only to find out the boxes all have our names on them. Didn’t speak to me thru the entire mani. I was punished apparently and it made me feel so uncomfortable. Pedi was painful and did not take my requests into consideration at all. End results looked like a 4 yr old did it. They were skimping on the products so nails were not even covered in spots. A real mess for the expense. Safety violations were also a factor (wires, dryers).

my mom went and asked for solar and they gave her regular acrylic and that’s not the worst I got my nails done there n it was time for a filling in my nails said then I went to another one by my house because fine nails was pretty far anyway that’s not the point I went to the other nail place n they asked me who did my nails and then I said fine nails they said that they don’t know how to do nails and what my nails were I was so embarrassed they suck!!!! don’t go there

I used to go there a while ago, stopped going. NOW I remember why. I went today and they had 2 technicians on. I asked for a gel manicure and sat down. They barely acknowledged me and I sat there for over a half hour. I finally walked out. I went back after finally doing my grocery shopping, to complain and I literally had to yell into the back to get someone’s attention. I apparently interrupted their lunch. Also they advertise some weird type of cult there and had a TV program sponsored by the strange cult, playing on the TV. I Will NEVER go back there again. There were hardly any customers in the shop…………..I wonder why!!

the lady that did my nails did not take her time..She got the acrylic all over my fingers, i asked for them to be square and she made them round and they werent even the same size. I dont think she was a professional. I had to fix them myself. I use to go there a couple years ago, until Anthony’s nails opened in Vernon.

Helen was amazing she took her time and for once i wasnt rushed out the door like every other place i go to. Plus she did an amazing job!!! Will definitely recommend and ill be going back myself. I think i finally found the right place 🙂
