Today was my first time coming to Fine Nails and let me tell you it was a smooth and great experience. I went to John and he did my nails just on point to what I wanted and asked for. He was patient even with me adding a whole line to the bottom. Lol overall Would definitely return back and go to him. Not to mention I left my slides in my trunk and the Manager Paul gave me a free pair of slides even though it’s $2 which is great price cause they the good ones you can wear again and again lol. Thank you!

I will not be back! (the eyebrow section is the only thing worth anything there now). I watched the technician pour acetone in the polish that was almost empty and applied to my pedicure (after she attempted to upcharge me with the typically “wouldn’t you want to do this and yes yes let’s do this” after I repeatedly had to say no and was very clear about what I wanted). If I was not staring the technician down while she poured acetone into the bottle, I do not think she would have gotten another bottle. Of course, the polish chipped within a day. I removed the polish completely 3 days later. For you all to charge $30+ for services and literally dilate the product is outrageous. We patronize your business and expect quality. But it’s about the money. I will spend my dollars elsewhere (I actually found a great black female nail tech who went to school and is licensed – that’s where we should be spending our money in our communities). What an awkward experience. Please do not reply with “thank you for your review” (you do that for the “bad reviews” with no suggestion of improvements), but I’m sure you will.

I was intially very excited to visit this shop because it looks pretty, but I was waiting so long even though my name wasn’t far down the list, and rushed to the work station after asking to go to the bathroom. The lady doing my nails got mad and started going off in another language because she did not understand my photo and description when I showed her and instructed her what to do after she started doing what she thought i wanted, putting acrylic tips on my nails. I showed her a picture of a clear gel manicure on my natural nails with painted tips that i wanted to be blue instead of white. She left me with unevenly painted white tips on my nails and glitter plastered underneath.. sharp ends near my cuticles, with parts of the gel polish not attached to my nail in that area.I won’t be coming back.

I came in and got a full set with no design and my nails are medium length. Nail tech said $55 . I get to the register the paper says $75. I didn’t get my toes done because they kept walking pass me. I guess nobody can do acrylic toes although they said yes. However, I never got the service. I knew it was suspicious when I saw it was not packed on a Friday before a holiday. They are not welcoming at all. Just ask what you want and rush you to sign in! Do yourself a favor and keep driving pass this place!

Very clean shop. The new seats for the pedicure are glamorous. I think the nail side could use a little more glamor. Most Nail Technicians are very good, but their are some who are not and want to charge same price as the good ones. If you can’t garentee your work then don’t do the job. Overall 4 stars, for cleanliness and performance.

My first time there I loved it! Tonight was God awful! They asked me what I wanted and the nails techs would not listen!! I hate my nails but I refuse to not pay for a service. But it was a horrible experience none of my nails are the same length. He had to redo one because it was crooked and then tried to say it was the shape of my nail. Just horrible!

A 2 sided store front, pricy to be in the hood. Charged me $50 for a short white fill in. 20 nail techs 8+ pedicure stations. BE warned just like hood operations, they reuse / over use drill heads, nail files and emory boards every thing she wanted to use she’d just used on the client before me. Asked for a new tip on her drill, fresh filing boards and a buff block she definitely didn’t want to use fresh equipment but had no choice as I asked for clean equipment.It’s just another Asian owned nail salon in the hood that just wants your money the services are half hearted at best..even a Sn S pedicure ends up being $50…Will not visit again

This is my favorite spot. Everyone in this place is extremely nice. They always have something going on inside. This past Thanksgiving they had someone cater food. The food was delicious. The place is colorful and it provides a very relaxing environment. The facility is very clean and they are very organized. I always love my nails after leaving Fine Nails. The prices are right but the quality is even better!!!
