Went there 2 weeks ago to get a nail fill-in and received excellent service from a technician named Amy. Went back today for another fill-in and signed in requesting for Amy, but another female tech did my fill-in. It took her 2 hours to get finished. It seemed as if she was nervous and unsure of her work. She must’ve put 7 coats of clear polish on my nail and going back several times to correct errors. I was so tired and sleepy by the time she finished, or at least I hope she was finished. From now on I will call ahead and make my appointment with Amy.

Ive been getting my nails done for over 20 years. This particular time I tried something new. The gentleman who did my nails had horrible customer service……BUT he is AMAZING at his job!! Two weeks later and it looks as if I just got my nails done!! He didn’t use too much acrylic and he shaped my nails perfectly. Despite receiving the best set of nails ever…sadly I won’t go back. At the end of the day, if I am spending my money with a business, I want to be shown appreciation.

First off let me say i didnt see not one license posted. Shop itself was dirty and they dont sanitize anything not even the tools they use. They rush through your service and pretend not to understand English when you complain. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place . I feel as though they are cutting corners and taking advantage of the people in the neighborhood whom can’t afford to go elsewhere. I will be calling State Board to do an investigation.
