The barber Uriel Garcia didn’t cut my hair. I booked an appointment and he canceled it 7 hours before I arrived to the shop. Since I booked the appointment through the app, I didn’t notice why or when he canceled my appointment. His reason was that he needed to be somewhere an hour and a half after my appointment. Why do they have an open spot at the time I booked my appointment then?
