My braids were falling out before I left out the door. She didn’t have the hair I needed so I had to provide my own( wasn’t any special hair, just the color, I was charged as if she provided the hair). Fine. But she estimated incorrectly how much i needed which meant I had to leave in the middle of my appt to find more hair. Nearest place that had the hair was 30 mins away. When i returned i had to wait a other 2 hours for her to finish someone else’s hair. I didnt complain even though it was my appt time and i had plans. My hair was too short for the style I wanted, obviously. She did warn the some of the very short pieces might come out, 2-3 braids. Not my entire head. But instead of telling me it wasn’t a good choice and letting me choose another hair style she took my money and did a half a** job. Even on the top half of my hair where it is long enough the braids were sloppy. Hair not blended with the braids. I had to gel when I got home. When I woke up the next morning braids were in my scarf. Over the next 3 days all braids fell out. I couldn’t even wear it in a ponytail. I reached out to her. No response. Went to the shop. Door open she’s not there which meant she was ducking me, I felt, because I came back twice. Call her again and she puts me to vm with a message, can’t talk right now, really? I text and politely say fine call me to resolve this please. No response. She never responded to a text, call, nothing. Who does that over 100$? I won’t ever go back. It’s not the money. It’s that she knew the style would not work for me and she did it anyway, or tried to, and knew it wouldn’t stay. Literally the braids were slipping out with the slightest movement. Not only that. She pulled out my hair at the front. I’m disappointed. I’m left without a hair style and no possibility of having the style amended. And, the shop is a mess! I overlooked that. She had done cornrows for me before they look good! Not these braids If i could give a negative 5..and it’s sad. It’s how you do business that keeps you IN business!! My sides are short, yes but look at the back where it’s obviously long enough for SOME type of braids but they all came tumbling down. Smh. NEVER again!! Finale I thought you were cool!

TERRIBLE SERVICE . Please Don’t Go Get Disappointed She’s Very Disrespectful & Takes Her Time Because She Can. Her Daughters Are ALWAYS There Distracting Her Or Making Her Late To Her Appointments!
