I used to like it here. My stylist is superb however, I went it to get my extensions cut and the owner Lucy told me she would not cut my extension because she “don’t cut extensions in a black persons hair.” I thought she meant where the hair fleas from and explained that the extension were from Argentina but she clarified and said no to cutting my hair because I’M black! Can you imagine that? She tried to justify WHY she won’t cut extensions on a black woman’s hair but will a Latina’s hair. I’ve been a customer for 3-4 years and felt embarrassed and humiliated that she would actually say this to me. I’m an American and she’s from Dominican Republic, I would NEVER discriminate against her!

Cut hair way to short then curled it instead of just blowing it out wavy. And charged me almost $50 but charged my mom $70 for dying her hair, washing, cutting and blow. I got robbed of my money just for a cut and blow.
