I cannot express how happy I am with my new haircut. Filay’s salon is very serene, beautiful and spa like. It feels comforting and you can see her customers see her like family. I had called at 3:42pm to ask what a women’s haircut no styling would cost. I get here at 3:53pm and it’s closed. I read good reviews but the closing time says 5pm tried calling. What a bummer because I was looking forward on getting a haircut.
