Run!!! This review is really 3 years in the making and today made me finally write. In 2019 I had my nails done by one of the owners Britnie. I had known her since dance company together back in Jr. High and thought we were friends and loved supporting her business. I loved the set she did however her schedule was “too booked” to fit me in after, even for removal of my set, so I was scheduled with the other tech in the salon to remove my gel squared. That woman completely destroyed my nail beds putting huge divots all over all my nails. I told Britnie and it seemed like she just brushed it off like it didn’t matter. They were so damaged I didn’t let anyone else touch them for over 2 years. I finally started going to a tech whom I trusted last year. She had a miracle baby and is maternity leave so I needed a stand in. That’s when Britnie posted accepting new clients. To say I was thrilled was an understatement. Britnie can truly do anything you want and I was bursting with excitement. I realized this morning it was an early day and so I asked if she can do sooner and she couldn’t so I switched cars and arranged my parents to pick up my kids and assured her I would be there. Upon arriving I received a text from Britnie canceling to take her dog to the vet. While frustrating I understand emergencies happen. The problem was the way she texted me accusing me of flaking on her constantly and saying she didn’t want to risk her books with me and that I “Need to commit”. I have literally only had one appointment with her ever. I responded saying as such and that I wouldn’t bother trying to book with her again. Her response was to love my message and say ok Brooke. So I am done supporting her salon or business. Her behavior was rude and unprofessional for a stranger. Considering I thought we were friends I’m completely flabbergasted.

Positive: QualityI ordered a gel polish from online. I accidentally did “pick up” instead of shipping. I’m so glad that I did and didn’t have to wait for it!!!! I love the color and it’s exactly what the picture looked like, and exactly how I imagined it!!! (which I feel like never happens with other places). It did take me a couple of days to get ahold of someone to figure out how to pick it up, but other than that it was great!!I ordered a gel polish from online. I’ve been subscribed to files by less for a few months now, while they’re polishes are good quality their customer service is terrible. I’ve tried to cancel my subscription for months, I’ve emailed even found a number to call at one point, nobody has gotten back to me for a few months. I’ve now had to go to the extent of telling my bank to cancel all further charges from this company. The only reason I am giving two stars is because some of the polishes I’ve gotten I have enjoyed. Please if you’re going to run a company and sell things have a good customer service line for people to get ahold of you.

I was a very loyal subscriber for nearly 3 years. They do have great product, but their customer service is awful! I have decided not to continue with my colors of the month, because I value customer service just as much as the quality of the product. They don’t care about their customers.

Had to get my car’s battery replaced. The gentlemen there were so sweet and helpful! I even made the mistake of locking us out when we tried to install the new battery (long story), but we got it figured out. They were so patient with my mistake, and we all laughed it off. I’d definitely recommend them!

Dropped by Tile for Less after a tile in my shower broke. Alan and Madelin helped me with the repair and educated me about how to reinstall in my shower. They were so friendly and helpful! I left with my repaired tile and much more confidence in how to complete my do-it-yourself repair. Thanks!
