Great nail salon! We have been here a few times now, and I have absolutely loved getting pedicures here. I got the “I Deserve It” pedicures for $60. The chairs are comfortable with the massage rollers and they give you a little snack basket. It includes a soda, water, and a bag of pretzels. Very thoughtful! They also give you a neck warmer to wrap around during your pedicure- which felt great on a cold rain day yesterday! And the massage included a paraffin wax, hot stones, and hot towels. Great service! Everyone is very nice and it is a quiet relaxing place.

I go here all the time and it’s always a hit or miss unless you book with someone. This time I didn’t book and this is what I got. Different shape nails and cuts on the side.. All I asked for was black almond nails. If you can’t do something that simple you don’t need to be a nail tech… also I did mention how thick they were and they fixed that. But I had already been there for 2 hours and had to get home to my newborn.

I’ve been coming to Filed for a little over a year and this will be my forever home. The nail artists are detail oriented and always want to make sure you are satisfied. The nail artist will ask you multiple times if you like your nails before completing the service. Lina is amazing and never rushed. Irene’s mail art is unmatched! She can pretty much do anything you ask her! This is an amazing place to get your nails done, I would highly recommend!

I went this evening and had the pleasure of meeting Julie. She did AMAZING on my nails! She is just the sweetest and absolutely adorable! She has won me over! I have had dozens of amazing nail appointments at Filed since moving to Norman this summer! I initially tried several places in the area, but no one can touch the art work they’re (Irene is…) capable of doing, alongside this I have confidence in their being extremely clean, complimentary, and timely. I would suggest an appointment because they are very very busy! But will honor those times and be very transparent with you on wait times if you did not make an appointment. Like anywhere there are technicians I prefer (Lynn being one of my favorites!), but have corrected any nail I’ve ever had an issue with and never asked a second question about it- or charged to correct. I posted two images, but have many many others I could have added (if I went through my camera roll ha!)

UPDATE: they called back and apologized and made good. Shouldn’t have to go back but I appreciate the effort! ….. original post—-Person helping me was not very friendly and the polish did not even stay in my toes for more than three hours. I believe they did not remove all of the oil and wax. Wore open toe shoes the entire time following the service. When contacting them they were very rude and said not their problem. $60 for a pedicure requires better service and a more polite response from the owner/ management! I won’t be returning and will not recommend.

I went and saw Julie for the first time for a fill and nail art, and she knocked it completely out of the park. This is hands down one of my best sets. Throughout the whole service, she would always check in with me and make sure I was liking the shape, color, etc. She threw in her own flare with the chrome powder, and I’m beyond happy with my set. She’s crazy talented!

This place is amazing! I was referred here by two friends and I am SO glad that I went. Julie and Stephanie did mine and my friends’ nails; we were all talking and laughing the whole time. They did a fantastic job on our nails and it was the best nail salon experience! We will both definitely be back.

I have been going to Filed since I moved to Oklahoma last fall. The first and only salon I have visited because they’re that good. You never have a long wait. Easy to book appointments through their insta page. I have seen Lee almost every time. He does a fantastic job 10/10 Dip powder
