Love love loved it! My new nail spot. Everyone was nice and friendly. Especially because I had my two little ones with me, they weren’t being loud but usually other salons don’t like when you take your children. They welcome you really well, they make you feel comfortable. I worked with jessica, she was always so kind and respectful enough to keep asking me if the nails were looking how I asked. Which I thought was amazing. I’m definitely going to become a regular there. 10/10 recommend.

I discovered Filed in Edmond shortly after they opened & have been going ever since! Their work is excellent – and they will always do their best to fit you in. I have my favorite, but I have 4 other friends who also go there and they have their own favorites. If they don’t have the polish/style you’re looking for, just ask Betty and they’ll have it at your next appointment – that’s the type of service they offer. Oh – they also have a 10 day chip guarantee that I know for a fact that they do honor without question.

Came in for basic mani pedi. I asked them to soak my previous gel nails off instead of using rotary file as my nails are very thin. You can see the file grooves in my nail in the pictures, caused severe damage to my nails. He hurt me several times and when I pulled away he looked at me like I had 3 eyes. He refused to stop and kept filing anyway. He then cut my nails WAY to short, to the point of being in the quick (still painful 2 days later). He tried applying my polish and he was literally dabbing it on. I finally asked that another technician do my paint. Apparently this is what $65 gets you. Took them over 1.25 hours to do a BASIC mani/pedi. I will NOT BE BACK! Very disappointing. I have been to many salons over the years and this one is a modern looking nail salon, I had high hopes when I walked in and got a water and pretzels and staff seemed friendly but from the used dirty files to the inability to do a simple nail paint my low star review stands. And 2 days later my fingers are VERY painful and the polish of course is chipping off.

The worst manicure I’ve ever had. A 2 year old toddler could have done better. The guy was inexperienced. Took my hands and touched the nails. Said they were dry. They were not. My nails looked horrible before I even got home. Will never go back. The pedicure was not great. I paid $96 for something I could have done myself with a better outcome.

I could not be happier with my nails from Kimberly! I showed her a horrible screenshot from a Tik Tok video and asked her to recreate and she did amazing! I had an appointment and they got me right in! I got these and a gel pedicure and I was only there for 2 hours (i’ve been to previous salons and spent 3+ hours). She was quick and great! These are perfect nails for my wedding shower and I’ll be back for her to re do them before my wedding!
