Critical: Professionalism, QualityI had an appointment for two weeks with Sophia and I showed up and she literally refused to do my nails because two of my nails broke And then I wanted a different design and she said it would be 80.00. I wouldn’t recommend this place or SOPHIA! She treated me like garbage and I will NEVER GO BACK. I have been going there for 6 months and giving her business and even referred people to her.She is totally rude and unprofessional to the people I have sent her. I had an appointment for two weeks with Sophia and I showed up and she literally refused to do my nails because two of my nails broke And then I wanted a different design and she said it would be 80.00. I wouldn’t recommend this place or SOPHIA! She treated me like garbage and I will NEVER GO BACK. I have been going there for 6 months and giving her business and even referred people to her.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have been looking for a great nail tech after having a horrible experience with another salon/ tech. I was told to check out sophia’s work and I decided to book an appointment with her. I went in and the salon was very clean and all friendly vibes:) I had to bring my 3 year old with me and Sophia gave him kid games on her phone while she did my nails. She is very quick and She did mine and my friends full set in an hour. She makes sure that you are satisfied with your nails and she is very nice when it comes to fixing something you don’t like about your nails. I have gotten attitude from previous techs when they messed something up or I wasn’t satisfied with the outcome. I have been looking for a great nail tech after having a horrible experience with another salon/ tech. I was told to check out sophia’s work and I decided to book an appointment with her.
