I was a bit nervous going to the salon for the first time in so long, but it was a great experience! She was welcoming, friendly, and did an awesome job! Went to this salon to get my nails done. They started lifting in less than two days, and several came off. I went back. They were filed down. Others lifted and got pulled loose. If you don’t have the right tools, materials, or expertise to do something, you should make that clear to a customer. You should provide refunds to customers when you complete a service incorrectly. Had to go somewhere else and pay for new nails less than two weeks later. Poor business practices………

Took my kids into to get a cut and they both came out with horrible patches on their hairs and uneven cut. Had to go to another salon and get them fixed up. Ended up spending more because of some bad haircuts here
