Negative 10 review, stay away! Awful personalty, no compassion. I googled masotherapist for my 87 yr old mother as she’s in much pain. I left message even though there wasn’t any info on message stating where I was calling for an appointment. She called me back to yell at me for calling her as she had worked all week and was tired! She continued to ask me so, why are you calling me, I said for help/relief from pain for my mother. She told me to call somewhere else, so pathetic, she shouldn’t be servicing in health care field or any other public health care providers ever! Her license should be pulled. I will be calling Medical Health Board on her.

Critical: ProfessionalismCalled here to book a massage, she answers the phone by “who is this”, then proceeded to ask if I was referred by a physician and I told her no, she then asked if I was vaccinated as if HIPPA no longer exits and when I said no, her respond was “that’s out on both strikes, buh bye”. The level of unprofessionalism was horrific, I’m medically exempt from being vaccinated as I had a severe reaction as a teen and ended up having half my face paralyzed with Bell’s palsy. Not that my medical history is any of her business. This woman should be ashamed of herself.
