I get my nails/toes and my dermaplane facials through Brittany at Fifth and Bloom! I am in the salon AT LEAST twice a month. The atmosphere makes you feel so comfortable and is so cute. The people are always so friendly and welcoming. If Brittany can’t do my nails (because of my crazy schedule) I feel comfortable going to any of the other nail techs! The place is awesome, and pricing is completely affordable. Would recommend to anybody.

Critical: Communication, QualityOn Wednesday, October 21, I went in for a pedicure and nails with Dena. Because I have trouble with gel staying on, Dena recommended a thin coat of acrylic first and then gel polish, so I said that was fine. When I left the salon and got out to my car, I noticed the nails were very thick and uneven. I texted Dena to ask her to fix them. When I did not hear from her by Thursday, I called the salon and asked for Brittany or Dena. No one ever even answered the phone at the salon. After four calls and messages left, I still got no response. While at lunch with a friend on Thursday, I was asked if I did my nails for Halloween. I was totally embarrassed. That is how bad they look. By Friday, I still had heard nothing, so I sent a fifth message to Dena about getting my nails fixed. She finally called and offered to drill them down next week. Considering my nails were done on Wednesday, I declined and will take my business elsewhere. As a note, I never heard from Brittany, the owner of the salon. Because I have trouble with gel staying on, Dena recommended a thin coat of acrylic first and then gel polish, so I said that was fine. Always such a welcoming environment! All the employees are so kind and know exactly what they are doing! I get my nails done by Fallon and she is absolutely amazing at what she does! Love everything about Fifth and Bloom! Highly recommend them!!!

Amazing place to go to get pampered! I highly recommend Griffin for his massage services! Very friendly and works with schedules. I actually put the wrong date for my massage and missed my first appointment and he was very understanding and rebooked me.

Fifth and Bloom is the best! If you need pampered, this is place to go. The atmosphere is so welcoming and when you walk in you are instantly greeted by the sweet staff! I highly recommend checking this place out. They offer nail, skin, and massage services. I have had services from Ashleigh (nail technician) and Brittany (aesthetician) and they did not disappoint! They are very professional and offer quality services!
