I called in 10 minutes before close and spoke with Ashley. Not only was she willing to stay open a few extra minutes until I could get in (I was leaving early the next morning for a wedding out of town) She gave me the best recommendations on what I should do for a spray tan and walked me through the process. All with the best attitude and a big smile! Thank you Ashley for your kindness in my chaos!

The employees if this store are good, but the owner is really a horrible person. I have had SO many instances in her being absolutely rude to and about her employees, some of whom are high school students. The clothes I bought there fell apart almost immediately.

Place is pretty good about getting you in. The only negative things was the girl who work in front seems a bit angry about being there and it seems the customers get the blunt. All in all this is a affordable and nice facility.

Today I went to go tanning as I had purchased a 10 Pack of tan sessions. I was informed by the lady working today that my tans had “expired” since I purchased my package in April 2021. I had only used 3 tans and had seven left. No one told me that my tans would EVER expire in less than a year. I have PTSD and use tanning for mental well-being in the colder months. BAD business practice!!!!! Apparently she does not want my business and she would offer nothing to rectify this situation. I would have used my tans had I known of this stipulation. HORRIBLE customer service!!!!! Just notifying everyone of their RULES of service. Lame!
