Her presence and the atmosphere was so calming. She’s very professional and you can tell she takes braiding seriously. She put a lot into making sure the style was perfect. We tend to be a little skeptical when going to a salon for the time, but FiFi did an amazing job on my box braids. Her presence and the atmosphere was so calming. She’s very professional and you can tell she takes braiding seriously. She put a lot into making sure the style was perfect. Her daughter helping was a great touch too.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI wish I could leave 0 stars. I had made several appointments with her in her saloon. She always asked to text her the appointment which I did. Then days before the appointment I reached out just to make sure time is still okay. No reply from her. I called her and she told me she will reply within minutes. It never happened. I wish I could leave 0 stars. I had made several appointments with her in her saloon. She always asked to text her the appointment which I did. Then days before the appointment I reached out just to make sure time is still okay. No reply from her. I called her and she told me she will reply within minutes. It never happened. This is the second time this has happened. She is very unprofessional and unorganized. I do not recommend her.

Critical: ProfessionalismI had an appointment at 5pm and then she text me and asked to come at 6pm. I get there and wait for about 8 minutes . Meanwhile she is working on a head and talking on the phone. She proceeds to ask me if I l live close by because it’ll be an hour before she is finished with the head she is working on and the other girl needs trimming. I was rather confused because she has three other employees in the shop. But I’m assuming they could not assist or didn’t know how to do feed in braids. I just got up and walked out. VERY unprofessional. This is 2021 get a website so you don’t over book. This is not my first incident. I waited an hour before to get my hair braided and she actually apologized that time around. But, no discount for neither incidents or nothing. I would not recommend or leave even a star. I had an appointment at 5pm and then she text me and asked to come at 6pm. I get there and wait for about 8 minutes . Meanwhile she is working on a head and talking on the phone. She proceeds to ask me if I l live close by because it’ll be an hour before she is finished with the head she is working on and the other girl needs trimming.
