Fierce tanning is now my go to!! I had a really negative experience at another big tanning place, where they pushed lotions sales so much, if you didn’t buy something every week they got rude. There was always a line and for about $110 a month, not including lotion and start up fees, it wasn’t worth my business anymore. I decided to try Fierce, and I was blown away. I have had positive experiences every single time I enter Fierce tanning. The girls working are some of the most friendly, and amazingly kind people. They answer any questions you have without pushing sales. They also run awesome deals where you can bring a friend in for free, try their new services, and get discounts on their memberships. I can’t recall all of the names of the girls that have helped me, but I know Chastity has been absolutely stellar with her customer service!!! She has been so helpful, and all the other employees are super welcoming and always greeting you with a smile! I was skeptical about purchasing another membership for tanning after such a negative time at Palm beach, but fierce has set the bar so high. I will definitely be a returning customer. They also allow you to go to the Brunswick location and tan there if you’re in the area as well. I highly, highly recommend Fierce Tanning in Medina. Both locations are great, but the quality of the beds, plus there’s never a wait, I definitely think you should give this place a try. I used a free voucher to try it out before I purchased my membership, I bought one that day! Highly, highly recommend Fierce tanning for all your tanning/skincare needs!!

I absolutely love fierce tanning! I have tanned at other tanning salons in the past.. but I get the best color at fierce tanning! Also, the staff are great! They do not overwhelm you with trying to sell you products or upgrades. I simply go in, go tanning and have small talk if I want to. Needless to say, if you’re on the fence about trying out fierce tanning.. I highly recommend it! ☀️

Gear is brand new. Staff is super friendly, helpful and personable. They offer suggestions of what you probably want but no pressure at all to purchase; same with upgrading plans. Couldn’t have had a better experience.
