I had a wonderful experience at Fierce Salon – I presented my Groupon (scheduled in advance) and was greeted by stylist Raquel. She was absolutely wonderful and very pleasant. She assessed my hair and advised treatment. Originally going for just a wash, dry and cut I ended up coming out with healthy, shiny and soft hair. I was very pleased with her, her knowledge of hair care and will definitely be making future visits to her. The salon in itself was a very clean and pleasant environment. The stylists and the owner were all very friendly. I had a great experience over all and highly recommend.

Great experience! It’s my second time here and I love locally. Hands down the best hair colorist and haircut in town. Yurany is so sweet and very experienced. My hair is so soft and bouncy. I had color, full highlights, curtain bangs haircut.

My aunt was not happy with service. The stylist did not listen to what she wanted and she did not have a volumizer in her hair nor did she have hairspray. Visited this place on October 22nd, booked it for my mom. Sorry to say but this hair salon has to be the worst experience ever. Bad service, the self proclaimed hairstylist Raquel (I believe that’s her name) was a joke. The timing was ridiculous ( they kept me and my mom waiting around forever) we left this salon with a headache from the stress we had there. When I saw what she did to my mom’s hair I couldn’t believe it. Not that she couldn’t do highlights, she burned my moms hair, it is now all ginger and yellow color, strands of hair were just dyed and not blended. I have never seen anything like that. When I asked the receptionist if the hairstylist was experienced, she said that lady used to own her hair salon but somehow still couldn’t get basic haircut done. Save yourself some time, money, and hair. Worst haircut, worst highlights my mom ever had – please it’s an insult to charge what they did for the service received. I would never return to this salon even if they offered me a free haircut. They are desperate for customers and I see why.

Groupon Highlights, Oh “no” never again. I purchased a groupon and wanted highlights, I went to the place they gave me a young women that didn’t understand english. She highlighted the top of my daughters hair blonde and the bottom part had color on it.
