This is my first time doing a review. I wish I could score higher than a 5. These were the best braids I have ever received. Fidele came in on her off day. I just lost my mom and wanted to get my hair done to feel better. She showed me compassion and met me at her shop. She also showed that she cared and was willing to give up her off day to help me. This says a lot about a person. The best part is she didn’t pull my hair out on the edges. Most people shy away from African braiding because they pull out your edges while braiding. She did it tight but NOT too tight that it pulls out my brain. I am blessed. I’ll return and share it with my family and friends in Springfield. She is professional and the best in town!

I have been bringing my daughter here for over a year now, after trying a number of different places in town for box braids with braid-in extensions. Fidele is by far the best! My daughter had so much pain from how tight the braids were at the other places that she would cry and couldn’t sleep for days. She has never had that problem here. And they look wonderful and last! Beautiful work! Highly recommend!

I was told via text to arrive at 12:30pm for 8 cornrows with zigzag parts. Stylist wasn’t ready for me until 1:50pm. I didnt pick my appointment time. The establishment gave me my appointment time. I will not be back. I am in town visiting and needed something done to my hair. Im here for a couple months. I will keep looking for someone that will respect my time and business. Hairs are sticking out of braids. Not neat like I’m use to at all. No zigzag parts. She attempted to do them and they looked Terrible. I am so upset. Now I have to find someone else to do my hair over tomorrow

I’ve been to most of the African braiding shops in Springfield and although they’re some good braiders out there Fidele is the best. I’ve been a client of Fidele for a few years now and I must say she braids very well, and tight without having my head in excruciating pain from hair braiding . I would even let her braid my young children hair. I’m very happy with the results and will definitely be back.
