I hope the owner can read this: When I go to your business you should be happy because I am creating a profit for you. When I enter to your business you should show or transmit the welcoming feeling by at least saying GOOD MORNING. I don’t need your barbers to show me your face of “don’t want to be at work” because we all have issues and strangle in life. You barbers have to have manners to address every customer who comes in to your shop, so be polite, because most of your clients like to be appreciated by giving some work every day. Thank you!!

Took my 2 year old in to get a haircut. I specifically asked for 2 on top and a 1 on the sides. They gave him a 0 on his entire head. Charged $25, I understand charging more for children. But he sat nice and quietly the entire time.

I arrived a bit after 9 am Wednesday, and despite their posted hours, no one was there. I waited a while and a young man showed up and opened the shop. He was an apprentice barber, though, and said he couldn’t cut hair until one of the licensed barbers showed up. He tried calling all the barbers, but none answered their phones. A few other customers showed up but no barbers. Finally, at 10:45, the apprentice said he was going to go get something to eat and that we were all welcome to come back later. This the second time this shop has not opened on time.

I asked for a mid fade and a little trim on top; I got an almost-bald fade with no fade at all, and the trim wasn’t even a trim, I might as well go bald. I guess 20$ was way too much to get charged. Just speaking the truth, not trying to bash anyone! I feel 10 times more insecure than what I felt before. Never going there again!!!!!

I give the Dalles Barber Shop of five star rating because I have been into a barbershop in over 40 years so all the power to those barber shops out there still open cuz Dad was a barber when I was young and I hate Barbers people should grow their hair out but it’s always busy there so they must be doing something right everybody comes out dad and the kids they’re all clean cut ready to go to war?
