This was my third visit. They weren’t always the best but had been acceptable. Today I went in and asked for a pedicure. There were only two ppl working and the only one doing pedicures had 2 customers he had just started on. The employees were both very unfriendly but said they could take me. I waited in the chair with my feet in the water for a long time. I thought maybe another technician was coming in. Finally I asked the woman in charge if anyone else was working and she just mumbled no at me. Very unprofessional and rude. Won’t be back. Not acceptable.

Dropped in an hour and a half prior to closing and they were very accommodating and pleasant. Great pedicure and pricing is reasonable. I’ll be back!

WORST PEDICURE IVE EVER HAD! I could have painted and filed my toenails with my left hand (I’m right handed) and it would have looked better than what was done to my feet today.

Critical: QualityWill never go back to this place. Got a fill on my nails. Can already tell my nails are going to lift up as she did not go around my cuticles with the dremel. My thumbnail is miss shaped which makes it look deformed. Asked that she put a shellac on top of my white(French) painted nails. She put about three or four top coats on, then she proceeded to file my nails while they were still wet. Of course there’s smudges all on my freshly painted nails. Their signage with all the prices showed $20 for a fill, came to check out and it was $40. Asked her why price differences, said french more. Double the price. I looked at reviews and thought maybe things have changed from a year or two ago but nothing is changed. I will never go back to this place. There are plenty other nail places out there. Really poor quality gel polish. I actually had them take off the pedicure it looked so horrible!! I’ve never done that before. The nail tech didn’t even use something to separate my toenails. She was so aggressive in removing the polish that I was incredibly uncomfortable and in pain. They still made me pay $40! And didn’t even remove all the polish. Low key traumatizing experience and I’m not alone from the other reviews I see. Horrid place. Not sanitary pedicure tubs either no liners. Nasty. This place has always been a last resort in Anacortes but now I won’t be returning

Good Service and my nails came out great, but the prices on their wall are for regular polish not gel (there are no gel prices at all on the wall) and as soon as we walked in they handed us the gel selection. I later was thinking about getting a color change on my toes because the board said it would only be 10$ but when I asked the lady she said she would do gel on my toes and it would be 25$ for a COLOR CHANGE and nothing else.

Moon did my nails today. I had a full set with colored powder in an ombre white with pink. She did a beautiful job. I also had Jimmy do my pedicure which turned out really nice. I will be going back in two weeks. A really nice experience all the way around. I would recommend highly.
