My granddaughter arranged for me to get a Silk Press for my birthday. My hair was really cute after it was done but it didn’t last. Was having a Bday party the evening of my appt. and between the curls disappearing and the humidity wreaking havoc (nothing was done to humidity protect my hair OR to hold the style) you couldn’t even tell I had been to the salon that day! Very Disappointing since I spent $60 for the press AND left a nice tip!! Luckily, at least my husband got to see it, if not my party guests, before it totally reverted! I don’t have $$ to waste on a two-hour style so I’m sure I won’t be back. Check out the related pics… The first is me shortly after returning home from the salon–clearly already starting to revert. The 2nd is later that day at my party. smh. = (
