I have followed Andrea for years and always leave her salon happy and feeling like a new woman! She is extremely thorough in discussing what I’d like to have done, shares honest opinions on what will work with my hair texture, and always open to sharing tips for hair maintenance that don’t include shoving products down your throat like a lot of places I have been before. The salon is beautiful, they provide clean robes so you don’t have to worry about getting hair or anything else on your clothing, refreshments are offered, and the hair washes are so relaxing. Overall it’s a wonderful experience and worth spending $$ for self-care and feeling beautiful when I leave! Thanks Fern & Ivy Hair Haus team!

Sydney is hands down the most amazing person and hair stylist I have ever had. She takes the time to listen and make sure she knows exactly what I want every single time I come in. I moved here last year and I needed to find a hair stylist, I was very nervous as I have had many bad hair experiences in the past, but Sydney make me feel completely at ease and I immediately trusted her!! I am constantly asked by friends and even random people in stores if my hair is natural or if I get it done, THATS how great Sydney is!!! She made the whole process comfortable and let me know what she was doing to my hair throughout the whole process. My hair turned out so so beautiful, I left the salon feeling like a million bucks! Savannah did a great job with coloring my hair! She was very cautious and took her time to make sure what I asked for was achieved and the ending results were amazing. I’m definitely going to go back for my refresh when it’s time. The whole experience was super nice and I felt comfortable the whole time rather than scared since it was my first time going there. 10/10 recommend!

She’s the best stylist I’ve ever had. I left feeling like I finally have the perfect color. Savannah is the best! She is great at helping me figure out the best color and cut for my skin tone, face shape, and hair type. I’ve gotten both fashion colors (balayage to add pink to my brown hair) and natural shades and she nailed both looks. Plus she’s just fun to talk to! The salon has a great vibe, pretty, clean, and gotta love any place with a parking lot in charlotte. I appreciate being able to bring my computer and work from there while getting my hair done. Highly recommend!
